Our owner, Angela Petro, started Sweet Carrot Food Truck as a fun option for clients of her catering operation, Together & Company.
Word quickly spread about our creative comfort food and interesting corn cakes layered with flavor. Lines formed and when our sweet little truck sold out within hours, we knew we had something special.
After a few years of hopping to festivals, weddings, and other events, Angela opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Grandview to serve up our smoked meats and fan favorite mac ’n’ cheese every day.
Sweet Carrot is featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives! We hosted Guy Fieri and served him up our corn cake with beef brisket and an Ohio chicken meatball sandwich.
Sweet Carrot pivots to focus on what we do best: Sweet Carrot Catering. We closed our restaurant doors with our clients and community in mind. We continue to serve all the Sweet Carrot favorites at weddings, parties, and events all year long.
